6-step Process0. Educate/Evaluate. Start your franchise education with Boot Camp Week then submit materials for Concept Analysis. 1. Conceptualize. We prepare a comprehensive Franchisor Business Plan and Investor Presentation Materials. 2. Capitalization. Using our system for added value, we can assist you in securing seed, start-up and first-round funding. 3. Certification.Pre-launch assessment and systems engineering ensures that your prototype is duplicatable and the franchise system meets our Certification Program criteria for “best-of-class” operations. 4. Development. Our Network Professionals can prepare all materials and documents. 5. Roll Out. We help your team implement the Operational Plan including recruiting, hiring, training, and governing your expanded staff. Alternately, we can arrange outsourced expert management services. 6. Accelerate. During the 12-month Development Period (year -0-) you will receive “Virtual Incubation”. In Year-1 (Roll-out) you will get Incubator support (share space/services). In year-2, enter our Accelerator for permanent offices and key outsourced support services. |
