Franchisors successfully completing the FranchiseRight education, assessment, strategic planning, and system improvement process are Certified “best-of-class” and are permitted to use the FranchiseRight logo, a branded certification which is recognized by prospective franchisees, industry professionals, and investors as an indicator of industry excellence, legal compliance, and mutuality in the franchise relationship.
- Assisting prospective buyers to purchase a franchise business. Do you need assistance with purchasing a franchise? FranchiseRight provides advice, representation, and support to individuals and companies looking to purchase a franchise. Your FranchiseRight Certified Advisor can give you expert direction and guidance throughout the research, evaluation, selection, due-diligence, negotiation, financing, and pre-opening phases of franchising.
Industry Resources. FranchiseRight provides three unique franchise industry resources:
- Education. The FranchiseRight Institute prepares businesses for successful franchising while, at the same time, preparing their owners to step into leadership roles as new franchisors. The Institute accomplishes its goals through the activities, services and facilities of the FranchiseRight Incubator. Franchisor orientation and training includes classes, workshops, seminars, weeklong Boot Camps and Franchisor Forums designed to help aspiring franchisors position their concepts to successfully attract early-stage investors.
- Development. The FranchiseRight Development Network is a unique group of pre-qualified franchise professionals who collectively provide exceptional franchise development, operational, and support services consistent with the FranchiseRight System. Leveraging their combined expertise, the FranchiseRight Development Network offers entrepreneurs informed counsel in all aspects of franchising, including franchisor management, franchise sales, and franchisee support.
- Capital. The simultaneous development of “best-of-class” franchise concepts and well-prepared franchisors at the FranchiseRight Institute is designed to reduce "risk" to the investors who provide early-stage funding for franchise start-ups. Qualified businesses and their owners, successfully completing the Institute’s certification program, are eligible to participate in the Franchise Partnership Program. 2. 45-minute Preview. Attend a FREE live Webinar or event at our Incubator Preview Center. Get familiar with the services that we offer.
3. 90-minute Seminar. Get a high-level overview of franchising at this fact-filled seminar offered online or at our Incubator Preview Center.
4. ½-day Workshop. We offer topic-specific workshops at our Institute.
5. Boot Camp. Our Boot Camp is designed for your needs. Franchise Buyers attend for 4-days. Franchisors attend for 5-days. You get all of the information you need to plan and successfully operate!
6. Engagement. Following Boot Camp (1st step in our Certificate Program), we offer fee-based advice, services, and support to (i.) entrepreneurs developing a new franchise system, (ii.) operating franchisors seeking to improve and accelerate their current systems, and (iii.) people considering the purchase of a franchise.
